Inventory Cycle Counter

**A. Job Summary Statement**:
The Inventory Cycle Counter will conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy at the facility level to improve our Customer experience and minimize warehouse/logistic issues. The Cycle Counter reports directly to the Inventory Manager.
**B. Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:
- Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Schedule categories for Cycle Count inventory and maintain strict records
- Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures
- Maintain and evaluate inventory records on a quarterly basis
- Create an efficient space utilization plan
- Notify management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability
- Check bulk orders for accuracy and quality prior to shipment
**C. Job Specifications—Skills and Competencies**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ensures that all safety regulations with regards to the safe operation of a lift truck (including pre-shift inspection) and safe handling of materials are adhered to.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work weekends on occasion
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs
- Ability to stand throughout the day
- Ability to tolerate short periods of exposure to freezer temperatures
- Always wears prescribed Personal Protective Equipment
- Performs all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all Health, Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned
**D. Education & Training Requirements**
- Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Willingness to attend and participate in training and development programs as required
- Reach Operator/Order picker trained

**Salary**: $18.25-$18.50 per hour
