**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals that meet company objectives
- Engage in business development initiatives to expand market reach
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features when applicable
- CRM(HubSpot) tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Renovation knowledge for bathrooms, kitchens and basement spaces
- Accurate quote pricing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, self generated cold calls, B2B sales, or Renovation sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent analysis skills for understanding customer needs and market trends
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to serve diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management strategies
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- own personal computer required
