We’re looking for a full-time Foam Injection Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Foam Injection Operator, you will be responsible for the set up and operation of the polyurethane foam injection machine according to Centennial standards to complete high quality extrusions for manufacturing vinyl window systems.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Set up & operation of foam injection machine.
- Ensure correct materials and settings are used to meet proper specifications.
- Inject foam into vinyl extrusion cavities as prescribed.
- Troubleshoot spray foam equipment.
- Make minor adjustments and repairs as required.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly quotas.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain a safe a clean work environment.
- Ensure scope of work is being completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Forklift operation for loading and unloading materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must be self-directed with an ability to work with limited supervision.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new tools and equipment quickly.
- Strong focus on quality with the ability to meet daily production goals.
- Strong measuring skills (Imperial System of Measurement).
- Good attendance and works well with fellow Production Team Members.
- Previous work experience in a production facility.
- Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude.
- Forklift certification would be an asset.
- Experience is not required; training will be provided.
