We’re looking for full-time production team members to join our manufacturing teams. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for assembling either vinyl window systems or steel or fiberglass door systems according to Centennial standards, to complete high quality products for our customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to support production requirements as needed.
- Strong measuring skills (Imperial System of Measurement).
- Flexible with the ability to work with limited supervisionon a daily basis.
- Strong focus on quality with the ability to meet daily production goals.
- Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude.
- Good attendance and works well with fellow Production Team Members.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Experience with machinery.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude
