**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Ability to safely handle and deliver furniture including the assembly of the product.
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Navigate efficiently using GPS or maps to optimize delivery routes.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.
- Assist in order preparation
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively.
**Qualifications**
- While a valid driver's license is not required for the position but would be a bonus.
- Previous experience in delivery services or furniture assembly is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience with moving heavy items and performing physical tasks is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
