**Job Title**: Maintenance Tech

**Location**:Pickering, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates the daily operations of the contracted facilities services, ensuring service levels are maintained.
- Ensure property (both interior and exterior) is well maintained and kept to a high standard of appearance
- Receive and complete the facilities services requests from staff and assess the requirements of the request and coordinates with team to reach a solution
- Perform a variety of small tasks for maintenance and repair
- Track, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters.
- Perform minor troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments of locks on doors, cabinets, desks, closets.
- Implement client's standard operating procedures
- Perform janitorial site inspections
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships at all levels
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Manager

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of facility maintenance experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
- Ability to work both alone and in teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
