**Dreams Eco Xpress Car Wash** strives to provide the communities we serve with a unique & convenient car wash experience that brings the **best quality, value and service** for our customers’ car washing needs. Dreams uses the most technologically advanced car washing equipment and cleaning and protection products to ensure top quality in an environmentally friendly way. We bring the exterior Express Conveyorized Tunnel Car Wash Model, along with automated pay stations, to allow vehicles to be washed in less than 3 minutes and the ability to process up to 120 cars per hour. We offer FREE Vacuums and Mat Cleaners with any wash purchase. We also offer affordable monthly membership plans.

The **Supervisor **role will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at our Dreams Eco Xpress Car Wash location(s), starting with our Barlow Trail NE location, and ensuring our equipment is operating optimally. Day-to-day activities include assisting customers, promoting our memberships and wash packages, washing vehicles, cleaning and maintenance of the facility, training and supervising staff along with identifying and resolving customer concerns and complaints. The Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient flow and operation of the facility during your shift. The Supervisor will report to the Site Manager and/or the Director of Operations.

**Fundamental Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**:Ensure customer satisfaction with their car washing experience. Help identify and resolve customer concerns and complaints, turning these customers to be raving fans of the car wash. Help our customers with our automated pay stations systems and help run the tunnel wash, bringing vehicles onto the conveyor and ensuring any required prepping of the vehicle is completed.
- **Onsite Sales**:Be the champion in promoting initiatives such as signing people up for our monthly memberships.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and running at optimal levels. Help keep the site clean both inside and outside.
- **Leadership**: Ensure the location is running optimally and maximizing productivity. Help support strategic direction and set operational and safety procedures to assist the company in scaling its operations to meet its forecasted growth.
- **Training**: Ensure staff are trained and aware of our corporate culture with an emphasis on customer service and providing an unforgettable car wash experience.
- **Chemical & Resource Management**: Ensure chemicals and other resources such as water and electricity are optimized with the operations. Manage inventory for supplies.
- **Marketing**: Assist with establishing marketing initiatives that will drive volume to the car wash, including social media and local fundraising programs.
- **Cash Management**: Ensure cash is managed appropriately and deposited regularly.

To operate the best group of express car washes, providing our customers with a remarkable experience that provides a clean, shiny, dry vehicle in a fast, safe and environmentally friendly way.
