**Position: Administrator / Junior Manager**
**Wage: $18-$20 per hour**

**Hours: 25-40 hours per week** (Flexible schedule, typically Tuesday-Saturday but may include Mondays or Sundays based on business needs)

**About the Role**:
Supreme Wash is looking for a proactive and hands-on Administrator / Junior Manager to support daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the wash. This role requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed—from admin tasks to helping on-site during busy periods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administration & Operations**:

- Handle daily administrative tasks at the wash
- Organize and schedule repairs and maintenance
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Prepare basic reports and assist with data analysis
- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Sell wash tickets and cards to walk-in customers
- Encourage and monitor Google reviews; respond as needed
- Assist with customer service during busy times
- Guide traffic and help with on-site operations when necessary
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Support basic marketing efforts
- Create and post on social media platforms
- Help with local promotions or events
- **Site Maintenance & Support**:

- Assist with cleanup duties around the wash
- Ensure the site is presentable and safe at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Suite, social media platforms)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Willingness to work both in-office and hands-on when needed
- Previous administrative or operations experience preferred

**Schedule**:

- Core days**:Tuesday to Saturday**:

- Must be flexible to work **Mondays or Sundays** depending on project needs or operational changes
- Weekly hours will range between **25-40 hours** based on workload

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-07-28
