We are a health office located in the Oakville area, seeking a full-time **Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist** to join our team. This is **not a summer position**—we’re looking for a long-term team member who is local to Oakville or the surrounding area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accurate patient files and accounting records
- Handle a high volume of phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Direct patients to the appropriate provider within our multidisciplinary team
- Oversee and reconcile daily reports and front desk operations
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic office is an asset
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work full-time
- Local applicants only - Burlington and nearby areas
