We are currently seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our dedicated team on either a part-time or full-time basis. **Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Welcoming and engaging with patients to create a welcoming environment
- Efficiently scheduling appointments and responding to patient inquiries
- Handling payment transactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Managing a multi-line phone system with ease
- Verifying patient insurance information to ensure seamless billing processes
- Providing essential support to our healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clinic space

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in healthcare administration or customer service is highly valued
- Familiarity with Universal Software or **JaneApp **would be beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required
- Training will be provided to support your development in any unfamiliar aspects of clinic operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON L6L 0H3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
