Job Posting - Inside Sales/Order Processing - Barrie, Ontario

Overview: We are a leader in Canada’s rapidly growing renewable energy industry. We provide solar + storage solutions along with engineering services to installers across the country. We have offices, staff, and warehouses across Canada covering all regions.

This is an in-office position supporting customers and activities throughout Eastern Canada (ON, QC, NB, NL, NS, PE).

Reports to: Vice President, Sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the internal team to support customer needs
- Work directly with customers to answer questions and process orders
- Basic order entry into ERP
- Navigate inventory and allocations across multiple warehouses
- Understand and communicate inventory allocations, shipments, and order tracking

Skills & Experience
- Must be self-motivated and exhibit excellent time management
- Must possess an attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Practice excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Have proven proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems order processing is an asset
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment

We are a team of approximately 75 employees with offices in Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, Barrie, Montreal, and Halifax along with 8 warehouses across the country to serve our customers.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
