**About Us**:
Active Lives Canada is a not-for-profit organization providing inclusive day programs and respite services for adults with developmental disabilities. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioural Support Workers to support a young man in both our weekday day program and structured weekend activities.

**Positions Available (Monday - Friday)**: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at our day program, supporting daily activities and behavioural programming.

**Weekend Position (Saturday & Sunday)**:8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., focused on outings, structured behavioural activities, and skill development under the guidance of a certified behaviourist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement individualized behavioural therapy programs designed by a behaviourist.
- Support recreational, social, and skill-building activities in a positive and inclusive manner.
- Document progress and maintain open communication with supervisors.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all activities and outings.

**Qualifications & Credentials (Assets)**:

- Diploma or degree in Behavioural Science, Developmental Service Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or behavioural needs.
- Training in ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) or other behaviour management techniques.
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) training.
- Valid driver’s licence (asset for community outings).
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism.
