Papa's Herb is seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong background in content creation, brand building, and hands-on social media management. This is a unique role for a social media-savvy influencer who has built their own brand or played a key role in developing one. As the voice and face of our brand across platforms, you’ll manage all social media accounts, create engaging content, and cultivate our online community. If you’re a content creator, ambassador, and strategic thinker, ready to take an active role in growing our digital presence, this might be the perfect fit Build and maintain relationships with key accounts within the territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop, design, and curate engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) that aligns with Papa's Herb brand voice and resonates with our audience.
- Manage and post daily content on all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Interact with followers, respond to messages and comments, and cultivate a positive and authentic community presence.
- Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the culture and values of Papa’s Herb in all content and interactions.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers to promote collaboration and increase brand visibility.
- Develop social media strategies based on engagement metrics and analytics to grow followers and enhance engagement across platforms.
- Plan, organize, and maintain a monthly social media calendar to ensure a balanced mix of content themes and timely execution.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and content opportunities, adapting content strategies as necessary.
- 3+ years of experience as a social media manager, influencer, or in a similar role where you actively managed and grew a brand’s online presence.
- Demonstrated ability to create eye-catching, brand-aligned content, including photography, video editing, and graphic design skills.
- Proven experience building a personal brand or managing a brand’s social media with an authentic, relatable, and influential voice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling captions and brand-aligned messaging.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools and able to interpret data to drive content decisions and growth strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Interest in the cannabis space, with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with consumers and representing the brand.
