Are you passionate about cars and love talking to people? Our busy automotive shop in North Vancouver is looking for a **Junior Customer Service Advisor** to join our team

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones and greet customers with a positive attitude
- Schedule service appointments and manage the calendar
- Provide updates to customers on their vehicle status

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Assist in quoting and selling recommended services
- Learn and support the service team in day-to-day operations
- Help ensure smooth workflow between the front desk and technicians

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes is essential.
- Experience in upselling automotive services is a plus.
- Familiarity with service writing, auto estimating, and sales within the automotive sector is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of various automotive systems including transmissions, air brakes, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, and auto body repair is beneficial.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
