We need a passionate and talented Technical Writer to help us create the user documentation that is the backbone of these experiences.

**What we are doing**:
**We produce and do**:

- Customer-facing product documentation
- Supplementary documentation
- Service procedures
- Sustaining documentation
- Software release notes
- Manage translations
- Labels, technical drawings, and label placement drawings
- Review user interface strings
- Manage OEM documentation for projector and direct display products

**Who you are**:
**What you’ll bring to this role**:

- Minimum 1 year experience
- University degree or college diploma in a technical or communications field required
- Experience with single-sourcing
- Experience with XML and HTML
- Experience with graphic tools such as CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of information analysis, as well as how to present and capture information
- Familiarity with CAD (computer-aided drafting) is a bonus
- Familiarity with user persona targeting
- Work well in a team setting
