We are looking for an optimistic, energetic, can-do, **Digital Marketing Manager** who thrives in an agency environment where you get to wear many hats and have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects.
This role will be responsible for creating and executing integrated digital marketing initiatives, including all social media platform activity, content creation, community management and building online sales of various brands. As the Digital Marketing Manager, your key focus will be designing and implementing multi-channel campaigns to promote the company, its brands and services, to increase brand awareness, generate leads and grow online sales & social media engagement.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Develop & implement comprehensive social media & content marketing plan (with integrated calendar)
- Maintain and update website, ecommerce store & Instagram shop
- Manage & grow online sales & social media accounts
- Create, design & execute engaging branded content (video, graphic, etc.) for social media posts & campaigns
- Develop marketing assets for podcast including SEO-ready show notes, social media creative assets, audiograms, etc.
- Research podcast guests & provide scheduling & management support for bookings & after-care
- Monitor and understand social media analytics and develop campaign reports, analyze the results, and refine the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement levels and drive sales.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, conversion & retention. Analyze engagement data & track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain and ensure consistency in brand voice while adapting to different social media platforms.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent diploma
- Three - five years of work experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media & communications
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while giving diligence to different brand tones, audiences, and objectives
- Deep understanding & experience with Instagram, Facebook, linkedIN, YouTube, current and relevant marketing, advertising & analytics tools within each platform
- Experienced with SEO, Google analytics & adwords
- Expertise designing graphic & video content (using Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficiency with Squarespace and website management
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail & quick learner
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
