**SCOPE OF POSITION**:
As Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the day-to-day marketing operations of Alexandria Moulding at the Bradford, Ontario location. Your focus will be on assisting with our current marketing initiatives for each of the sites as well as co-spearheading new initiatives with the Marketing Manager. You will be working in a team environment that is fast paced and collaborative in nature.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working on marketing initiatives within the marketing department
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with the Marketing Manager
- Assisting with new product launches and campaigns
- Creating a wide range of marketing material - print and digital
- Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to support sales growth
- Completing the day-to-day tasks and administrative work as it relates to the department
- Completing all shipping requests from the marketing and sales teams
- Working closely with 3rd party agencies for design and print
- Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, catalogues, and other materials
- Assist on social media channels posts and creating posts
- Updating website pages regularly

**SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS**:

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft suite and Adobe Suite (InDesign an asset)
- Strong priority management skills and the ability to be flexible as priorities change
- In-depth knowledge of social media channels and creation programs (canva, hootsuite, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of a content management system (CMS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain and develop relationships with 3rd party agencies
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset

**EDUCATION/EXPERENICE**:

- 3-5 Years experience in the workplace - Marketing or Graphic Design positions is an asset
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration considered an asset
