Oversee daily marketing operations, including team supervision, task delegation, and performance tracking.
- Identify and expand appropriate distribution channels, including digital platforms, third-party automotive listings, and local partnerships.
- Lead market research initiatives and analyze customer, competitor, and industry insights to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with senior management to refine product and service offerings, and position them effectively within the automotive sales and service market.
- Plan and evaluate integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals, seasonal sales and market conditions.
- Manage digital marketing efforts such as SEO/SEM, paid ads, content strategy, and customer engagement.
- Direct brand messaging and external communications to strengthen market positioning.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using key marketing KPIs, implement improvements based on insights.
- Manage budgets, evaluate third-party proposals, and maintain relationships with marketing vendors and partners.
- Design and implement targeted promotional campaigns to drive inventory turnover and support sales goals when needed.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or in a discipline related to automotive technology, automotive engineering, or automotive management
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, or communications roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior-level or managerial marketing position, with demonstrated responsibility for planning and decision-making.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or a strong understanding of the vehicle sales and service market is a significant asset.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategy, lead teams, and engage with clients and partners
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and assess marketing strategies in a leadership capacity
- High level of organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with marketing analytics, campaign metrics, and CRM/digital tools
