Langley, Canada Paws and Claws Full time

Paws and Claws Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Assistant to add to our wonderful team We are privately owned and located in Langley, BC. Ours is a busy small animal, (cat/dog only), general practice which has been serving our community for nearly 20 years.

You would be joining a helpful and friendly team who work in an up-beat environment and practice a high standard of care for all of our patients. If you are a kind and positive person who is passionate about working in the field of veterinary medicine and cultivating long-term relationships with clients and coworkers you would fit in well with our team.

The ability to lift items and safely restrain pets is required. Knowledge of Ezyvet Veterinary Software would be an asset.

Experience is an asset, but a great attitude is more important Salary is competitive and commensurate with skills and experience.

Part-time hours: 25-27 hours per week during our operating hours, (Mon-Thur 8-6, Fri 9-5, Sat 9-2). We appreciate flexibility as covering holiday/time off shifts is also needed.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

- Langley, BC V3A 4H6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
