Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Sage
- Perform account reconciliation and maintain financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll tasks
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Support the team with various administrative tasks
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
**Experience**:
- QuickBooks: 5 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
