**What You Will Do**:

- Workplace Organization and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized facility. Uphold all safety protocols and conduct regular safety training and audits.
- Operational Management: Oversee production processes to ensure timely execution and quality compliance. Analyze production data for improvement.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of manufacturing technicians and operators. Facilitate team meetings and performance discussions.
- Continuous Improvement and Project Management: Champion initiatives aimed at process optimization, waste reduction, and cost efficiency. Drive projects to improve KPIs.

**Who You Are**:

- An experienced professional with 3-5 years in a manufacturing supervisory role leading and supervising large teams.
- Skilled in managing production processes and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience with lean manufacturing processes such as Kaizen or 5S.
- Experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a startup environment is considered an asset.
