Job Description

What you can look forward to as a Production Supervisor:

Supervise up to 100 unionized employees while ensuring adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement and plant safety rules.

Implement production policies, delegate tasks, and manage manpower scheduling, including Kronos and TPT assignments.

Lead daily shift-start meetings on safety, quality, and delivery, reinforcing standards and expectations.

Resolve, track, and coordinate responses to daily production and maintenance issues.

Support lean manufacturing efforts, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives with the Production Superintendent.

Foster a positive, team-oriented environment by motivating employees, providing guidance, and administering progressive discipline.

Document and elevate employee relations issues, including respectful workplace and harassment concerns.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall production operations.

Your profile as a Production Supervisor:

- Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing modular facility (related experience outside modular manufacturing may be considered). Experience in a unionized environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work all shifts and weekends if required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Organized, self-motivated, with strong accuracy, attention to detail, and urgency.
