**About the role**:
As a customer support representative you will be responsible for the following helping to support our merchants.
**What you will do**:
- Greet customers with a professional, polite and warm manner
- Commit to delivering outstanding customer service
- Display a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Express empathy and utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer inquiries
- Cooperatively problem solve customers' basic technical issues
- Ability to multitask and efficiently utilize client resources and specific tools to meet customers' needs
- Demonstrate efficient attention to detail
- Display knowledgeable computer skills and ability
- Adapt easily to change and comfortable working in a progressive learning environment
- Respond to inbound calls, assisting merchants with customer service and technical support related issues in a positive and professional manner..
**About you**:
- Perfectly fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Available Monday - Friday, 9AM - 7PM
- 1-2 years in an inbound technical support call center.
- Experience in financial services or point-of-sale systems industry is an asset.
- High School diploma or equivalence.Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
