Levitt-Safety is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oakville. You will be responsible for working with the Support Team to assist our coworkers with their software and hardware needs.

Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Installation and configuration of computer hardware and software
- Solve computer hardware, software, and occasional network problems
- Provide support to remote coworkers, diagnose computer and mobile device issues
- Document internal processes as well as common support procedures for employees
- Troubleshoot IOS mobile devices
- Assist people with software and hardware requisition requests
- Work with consultants as necessary to resolve mission-critical service issues
- Verify and test various backup jobs
- Provide emergency support for servers
- Other duties as delegated by the supervisor/manager with a Think Team First Approach

**Skills**:

- Mastery of Windows 10 & and experience with Windows 11
- Highly proficient working with laptops/desktops (hardware and software) and mobile IOS devices (iPads and iPhones)
- Familiarity with ticketing software
- Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory
- Proficiency in Office 365 and the Microsoft 365 admin center
- Experience with VoIP platforms (Mitel Phone Systems are an asset)
- Advanced knowledge of remote support tools
- Comprehension of basic networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, VPN etc.)
- Functional knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
- Exposure to a Mobile Device Management platform
- Post-Secondary Educational in a computer-related field or 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Must have a can-do, think team-first approach
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to juggle and stay organised
