- Providing great customer service
- Working the floor at times to support the team and learn the operations firsthand
- Supporting the team with complaint and conflict handling
- Scheduling
- Managing and maintaining inventory of liquor and supplies
- Assisting with hiring and training of new Crew
- Oversight & development/updating of processes within the Pub and Restaurant as needed
