**College Park I Retirement Residence** is looking for a **Full-Time Environmental Supervisor** to join our team

As the Environmental Supervisor you would be responsible supervising and coaching staff to ensure their capabilities are being utilized, and to maintain a high level of productivity. In this position you would direct and supervise the activities of the dinning room and housekeeping services in order to provide a pleasant experience and safe environment for all residents of this luxury retirement residence.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a food and beverage or equivalent program is preferred.
- Completion of Service management/ hospitality or equivalent courses is an asset.
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience in hotel and/or fine dining restaurant is required.
- Excellent human relations skills to deal with staff, residents and family members.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Computer skills are an asset.
- Received at least two (2) doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.
