**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Ccordinator to join our team in Toronto. This role is vital in ensuring our operations adhere to safety standards and promote a safe working environment that aligns with our commitment to excellence.

Reorting to the senior project and health and safety manager to complete the required certification for iso 4500 we are currently finalizing
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies across all projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Lead safety training sessions for staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Investigate accidents or incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into daily operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to the HVAC and construction sectors.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness among all employees.
- Prepare reports on safety performance for senior management.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in health and safety management within manufacturing or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations applicable in Ontario.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough safety training sessions.
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with safety audits and incident investigations.
- Ability to foster a proactive safety culture.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
