**Description**:
Responsible for overseeing CAD/CAM operations within the laboratory. This position requires strong technical expertise in dental CAD/CAM software and hardware. The CAD/CAM Technical Coordinator collaborates with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of dental prosthetics and appliances.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform production work such as nesting and milling dental restorations and appliances, ensuring proper setup and execution of digital files for optimal results.
- Operate and manage CAM systems including nesting for 3D printing and post-processing workflows, ensuring smooth transitions between design and production phases.
- Step into any stage of production within CAM, including troubleshooting any issues that arise during the milling or 3D printing process.
- Build and model all types of dental models, including implant models, ensuring precision and quality, and troubleshoot any technical or design issues when necessary.
- Manage the CAD/CAM software and hardware systems, ensuring they are properly maintained, calibrated, and updated to meet the laboratory's needs.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in the digital design process, conducting quality checks and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during scanning, design, or milling.
- Stay updated on advancements in CAD/CAM technology and techniques, and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain documentation and records of CAD/CAM processes, including case histories, material usage, and technical specifications, to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental CAD/CAM operations, with demonstrated proficiency in digital design software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad), CAD/CAM milling machines (e.g., Roland, Amann Girrbach), and 3D printers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards, with a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CAD/CAM software.
