Currently, we are looking for a responsible and motivated team member in the role of IT and Network Administrator for our factory in Brantford, with occasional travel to our Oakville location.

**Essential Duties**
- **IT ADMINISTRATOR**_
- Install, move, add, change of users, personal computers, printers, user accounts, and mobile phones
- Provide end user support to resolve PCs, printers, mobile devices, phones and desktop software issues in local /remote environment
- Deploy PCs and mobile phones
- Maintain hardware inventory
- Analyze end user requirements and make recommendations
- Maintain compliance for all IT equipment
- Map on-site security
- Complete ICT Audits
- Leading training sessions
- **NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR**_
- Work closely with other Miura IT departments globally to find alignment where possible and receive direction / support on IT best practices
- Ensure the integrity of data storage and backup systems
- Maintain policies and instructions to support/guarantee security levels
- Ensure access to the intranet and other internal resources for all company employees
- Evaluate, test and implement solutions for enhancing software, hardware, network and IT processes
- Management of internal networks
- Assist with the design and implementation of the Company’s cyber security strategies and policies
- Manage on-premise data storage and data back up operations
- IT related projects as assigned
**Key Qualifications**
- Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in IT
- 5 years of experience supporting IT such as Windows Servers, Active directory, Firewall and Virtual machines
- Level 2 Support in a call center environment is ideal
- ICT Networking (WiFi, Firewalls, WLAN, VPN)
- Experience setting up, connecting, and maintaining local/remote server(s)
- Proficient working knowledge of medium sized networking
- Knowledge of Hardware and Software Licensing
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office installation and support;
- Proficiency with PC hardware installation and support
**Additional experience and skills that are an asset**
- Windows deployment services experience
- Ability to understand Windows CLI
- Experience with VoIP/Internet phone systems
- Experience with other operating systems
- Experience with web service configurations
