**Who are we?**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Setup, install, configure, and maintain all hardware devices, including PCs, laptops, printers, servers and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware and software issues reported by end-users
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including, but not limited to: such as Exchange, Teams, and Azure
- Maintain network security by setting up and managing firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures
- Ensure network connectivity and internet access are always available to all end-users
- Implement and maintain network backup and disaster recovery plans
- Conduct regular maintenance and updating of the hardware and software infrastructure
- Collaborate with other IT professionals (internal and contractors) to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's computer systems
- Maintain inventory records of all hardware and software assets
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**:

- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in systems and network administration and Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Working knowledge of network and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytical ability
- Proven team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrate willingness and interest to learn RPG programming

**Location**: 159 Roy Blvd, Brantford, ON, N3R 7K1 (On-site, 5 days a week)
**Hours of Work**: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
