**SUMMARY**:

- Mobile Device experience.
- Principles, methods and techniques used in testing, implementing new software and hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Methods and techniques of developing and presenting technical documentation and training materials.

**Core Accountabilities**:

- Managing and coordination with vendors and business systems analysts on software upgrades.
- Configure, develop, manage and troubleshoot hardware issues and new requests.
- Designs and implements project testing and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with Database Analysis in order to build new reports or support data extraction
- Hands on experience as a technical systems analyst with proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL code would be a nice to have.

**About You**:

- Relevant College or University degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ of IT experience as technical system analyst or equivalent
- Hands on experience in addressing production related queries and issues.
- Experience with Warehouse Applications - Distribution (Implementation and support)
- Experience with Mobile hardware and Thermal printers.
- Android knowledge, Soti MDM knowledge
- Excellent analytical/problem solving.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment.
- The ability to self-manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Results driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong analytical skills as well as a dedication to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
