**About the Business Development Manager Role**:
As Business Development Manager, you will:
- Work with franchisees to grow their business by driving sales and identifying opportunities
- Support and foster strong relationships between clinic franchisees and the BioPed home office team, ensuring franchisee feedback and other relevant information are communicated to the appropriate team members
- Coach and guide Owners/Managers on marketing initiatives and community events that can help them grow in their communities.
- Participate and support new clinic openings as directed and work closely with other departments in supporting franchisees
- Assist assigned clinic franchisees with sales, reporting, planning, business development and action plans aligned with BioPed programs.
- Ensure that franchisees and clinics meet the BioPed Operational Excellence standards and policies, best practices and abide by all regulations by respective colleges, associations, and the partners.
- Have brand awareness and execute national marketing programs and support local store marketing initiatives, as well train and coach clinic team members on new programs and initiatives from BioPed home office.
- Attend and participate in the BioPed annual conference as required.
- Gain knowledge of the foot and lower extremity profession and therapeutic areas at BioPed.

**Qualifications**
**Here’s what we’re looking for**:
- A post-secondary degree in a related field or 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership skills to develop and maintain high levels of enthusiasm, teamwork, motivation and commitment leading to the achievement of business goals and superior performance.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
