We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team.
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights that drive marketing strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise marketing campaigns and enhance our brand’s presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.
- Analyse data from various sources, including web analytics, social media, and CRM systems, to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to optimise campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
- Support the development of marketing strategies through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
