As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies by leveraging data and analytics. You will collect, analyse, and interpret data to support our marketing initiatives and help drive business growth. Your findings will guide our marketing decisions and improve our overall effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse marketing data (campaign performance, web traffic, customer behavior) to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for optimising campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and visualisation software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
