A Manager on Duty is a charismatic individual representing Plenty’s values and beliefs through daily interactions with customers and community members. They are friendly, approachable, and have a passion for style.

Day to day
- Assisting with the opening and closing of the store
- Building relationships within the Plenty community by providing exceptional customer service
- Greeting, answering questions, operating POS (point of sales) systems
- Achieving sales goals through superior product knowledge, empathetic listening, and by providing creative styling solutions
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided by Stylists
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the store
- Communicating promotions and incentive programs with customers and staff
- Providing leadership support as part of the Management team

**Requirements**:

- A natural leader with great individual style
- Enthusiastic and positive with a willingness to learn
- Team player willing to contribute and take initiative to achieve goals
- 1 year management experience in a retail-oriented environment
- Looking for a company with similar values to grow with

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
