We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced **Practice Manager** to join our new Vancouver clinic to lead and oversee our administrative team, ensuring the highest standard of patient care and operational efficiency. This role is located in Vancouver and reports directly to the Clinic Operations Manager.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and team performance.
- Champion a patient-centred approach to care and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the reception, billing, and referrals teams,including performance reviews and performance management.
- Oversee patient communications, addressing concerns with empathy and in alignment with clinic standards
- Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage, including weekends and holidays.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of administrative staff.
- Coordinate staff training on clinic policies, protocols, and exceptional customer services
- Foster employee engagement through recognition, feedback, and professional development.
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with data security regulations and EMR systems.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records, adhering to documentation standards.
- Ensure adequate clinic supplies and manage inventory effectively.
- Provide feedback to senior leadership on operational challenges and contribute to solutions.
- Foster a collaborative work environment across all departments.
**You Have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a healthcare or clinic management role.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and patient experience.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.

This is a full-time role. This role is located in Vancouver, BC.
Our salary offered may vary based upon experience, skillset and years of service, all of which will be assessed throughout the interview process.
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
