**What you’ll do**:

- Develop and manage a wide variety of student recruitment activities, including coordination of presentations (virtually and in-person) for universities and high schools across Canada
- Establish and maintain relationships with influential student groups and local high school advisors
- Travel across Canada to host information sessions, attend fairs, and meet with your stakeholders (recruitment travel season is primarily concentrated between September - November; January - April)
- Create annual territory sales plan to meet territory targets
- Work closely with our internal Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure that OzTREKK's exceptional services are top of mind for any students considering education abroad

**What you should have**
- 2+ years of sales and account management experience, with a demonstrated track record of success
- Driven by sales targets and a confident mindset of being able to achieve them
- Experience in creating sales plans and developing strategic ideas
- Comfort with public speaking - don’t worry we will help you along the way
- Ability to easily create relationships and make others feel comfortable
- Passion for education and helping students make their dreams come true
- A strategic mindset and enthusiasm about personal growth
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM

**Serious bonus points if you have**
- Sales experience and training
- Visited Australia
- Studied or lived abroad
