Csr - Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for gathering and processing customer and carrier paperwork. This position includes data entry, tracking & tracing of loads, imaging & service oversight, and frequent problem-solving through research of multiple alternatives. You will also be required to call on shipments in transit to get updates and ensure on-time delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Recognizing and escalating priority issues to the relevant department
- Documenting all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
- Offering product recommendations based on the customer's interests and preferences
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service/Customer Support
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
- Virtual call center experience is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
