**Position Summary**

Euro Architectural Components a Richelieu's Division is looking for a CSR at our Warehouse Service Counter plays a key role in supporting our customers—both in-person and over the phone—by processing orders, providing product information, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Location : 9015 Rue Du Champ D'eau, Saint-Leonard QC H1P3M3

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Provide accurate product and service information, including pricing and availability
  • Process orders, quotes, returns, and warranty claims
  • Work closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on inventory and new offerings
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary
  • Keep the service counter area clean, organized, and efficient

**Qualifications**

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (bilingual)
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and respond effectively
  • Good computer skills and ease with data entry
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
