In the Enrollment Representative position, you will serve as the face of our brand that is responsible for initiating and closing customer enrollments through persuasive communication, consultative selling, and expert product knowledge. Your ability to engage with potential customers, uncover their needs, and align them with the right sales solutions will directly drive revenue and long-term loyalty.

**Enrollment Representative Responsibilities**:

- Act as a sales consultant and primary point of contact for prospective and returning customers
- Drive customer acquisition by presenting compelling product and service solutions based on individual needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay current on product updates, sales promotions, and competitive positioning
- Clearly communicate value propositions, pricing structures, and service features to support informed purchasing decisions
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, lead activity, and conversion rates in CRM systems
- Resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Continuously refine sales strategies through participation in training sessions and performance reviews

- Adept at managing diverse customer portfolios while maintaining efficiency in high-demand, fast-paced settings
- Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other CRM systems
- Adaptable, coachable, and eager to grow within a collaborative sales team
