**Kingsway Cleaning**, a trusted name in Toronto's cleaning scene, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Home Organize to join our growing team.

**In this role, you will**:

- Partner with clients in the Toronto area to assess their organizing needs and develop personalized decluttering and organization plans.
- Help clients declutter their belongings, sorting through items for donation, disposal, or storage.
- Assist clients in organizing their homes, implementing space-saving solutions and creating functional systems for everyday living.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they maintain their organized spaces.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ensure client satisfaction.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has experience in home organizing and decluttering.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic.
- Is physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying.
- Has a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (an asset, not mandatory).

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
