- Experience working with cross-functional teams in various Industry verticals.
- Master's degree or MBA in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience navigating and resolving conflict within teams.
- Experience in project/program management with the ability to apply multiple project/program management methodologies.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
- Ability to deliver a professional business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and board levels with excellent presentation skills.
As the Delivery Management Lead in Canada, you will be responsible for managing delivery of multi-year programs with many work streams. You will manage executive stakeholders inside and outside Google, including global service integrators who partner with Google to deliver to customers. You will regularly report to the Cloud Customer Experience leadership team on account-level and organizational risks and build your team to address these. You will be responsible for developing processes that quickly identify and help resolve account issues before they escalate.

Responsibilities- Design, build, lead, and inspire a team of technology program delivery professionals.
- Support or lead complex, multidisciplinary projects. Manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders. Coordinate team on the project's progress and deadlines as projects often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres.
- Develop consulting program management engagement delivery playbook.
- Organize and conduct regular stakeholder meetings, and communicate summaries and action items.
- Put agreed-upon ideas and direction into action, ensure clear oversight and accountability, and drive for clarity and speed of decisions. Monitor the effectiveness and progress of key initiatives. Lead select key initiatives personally and collaboratively.
