We have an opportunity for a Professional Learning Consultant to join us and deliver high quality professional development training for our Math and Literacy products to K-12 educators. Our training is currently supported through primarily virtual sessions with the potential to transition to on-site session, as requested and appropriate.

This is a per diem role, not full-time permanent. Travel within Canada and the United States will be required in this role.

Our Professional Learning Consultants make a difference by:

- Partnering with our sales team to develop, progress and close professional development partnerships with K-12 school districts.
- Designing and developing high-quality professional learning sessions that drive utilization and engagement with 3P's digital solutions.
- Experience in the development and delivery of training to K-12 teachers, schools or districts.
- Comprehensive understanding of provincial curriculum across Canada.
- Strong listening and discovery skills to gain a strategic understanding and connection with our partner's needs and challenges.
- A solid understanding of K-12 education and educational technology market.
- A solid understanding of technology.
- An ability to connect and train individuals in a remote environment.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
- A highly organized former educator who enjoys problem solving through the creation of flexible solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Client centric in approach and delivery.
- Effective communicator through on-site and virtual meetings.
