**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Package finished products for display and sale, ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and precision to meet customer specifications.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests regarding pastry offerings and taking special orders when necessary.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant kitchen is preferred, with a focus on pastry preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Skills in cake decorating, baking techniques, and food preparation are essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide customer service.
