The Digital Marketing & E-commerce team is on the hunt for a Director, Web & E-commerce. You’ll be joining a digital team that is in a full rebuild as travel is rebounding.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop a website and e-commerce strategy that aligns with long term business goals- Hire and mentor a cross-functional team of Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, Content Editors and SEO Leads.- Ensure website design is visually appealing, intuitive, and supports users in the dreaming and researching phases of the customer journey.- Drive e-commerce improvements across booking, my account to increase lead capture, conversion rate and AOV.- Develop and maintain an Agile team culture with a focus on building a collaborative, transparent environment- Build a performance-based, data driven culture to drive A/B testing and an effective approach to web measurement

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, design, information technology, or related field- 8+ years of customer-focused website management experience across both content & e-commerce- Prior experience leading a team covering UX/UI Design, Development, Content, and SEO- Demonstrated ability to build great digital products that educate, inspire and convert- Proven track record of driving improved business results by identifying, prioritizing and acting on opportunities- Ability to create good cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum as it relates to modern web development- Strong analytical skills,, able to draw insights and recommendations from data (Google Analytics, Looker, Heap)
