Reporting to the Director, Web Strategy within the marketing organization, this role is responsible for ensuring Equinix.com remainsaccurate and up to date. Key responsibilities include executing and maintaining website updates, managing content workflows within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and translating marketing and design requests into engaging, compliant, and technically sound web experiences.At Equinix, we value diversity, inclusion, and belonging. This role plays an important part in ensuring our web content meets accessibility standards and reflects our commitment to inclusive design.Responsibilities Manage and publish website content updates (landing pages, navigation elements, etc.) in our CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA)Upload, curate, and publish assets within Adobe Digital Asset Manager for use on web pages according to naming conventions and best practicesCollaborate with marketing teams to translate content requests/ gather requirements into actionable, high-quality web deliverablesEnsure content displays correctly across browsers and devices (desktop, tablet and mobile); troubleshoot and resolve publishing issues promptly in collaboration with XP design and engineering Work cross-functionally within the team to improve workflows, governance, and efficiency in the content publishing processFollow and maintain documentation of publishing processes, workflows, and updates to ensure operational consistencyQualifications Experience managing and publishing content within anenterprise-level content management systemKnowledge of basic SEO principles and their impact on web content and design, and accountability for your role in upholding them Basic understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA) and a commitment to implementing best practicesAbility to organize, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations, with a strong attention to detailCapacity to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and deadlinesExperience using project management tools; familiarity with Jira is helpfulPreferred Qualifications Experience working within AEM and creating content and experience fragments Experience managing international websites with a Translation Management System, tailored for multiple languagesFamiliarity with AI-enabled workflows for content production and/or site optimizationExperience supporting website redesigns or large-scale transformationsAs a Web Production Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:Shape the digital experience for a global audience by ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and engagingCollaborate across teams including XP design, engineering, content strategy, and the broader marketing org to deliver high-impact web experiencesGrow your career in a dynamic, global organization that values innovation and continuous learningYour work will directly influence how customers, partners, and stakeholders interact with our brand online, making you a key contributor to our digital strategy.The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
