Scheduler - Fly in Fly Out (Prince Rupert)

**Job Title**: Planner/Scheduler
**Location**: North Vancouver (initially), with relocation to the project site on scheduled rotations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop detailed master schedules outlining work sequences to ensure project competitiveness and feasibility.
- Update and maintain project schedules, incorporating resource and cost loading data as necessary.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to align baseline schedules with budget estimates and identify productivity analysis opportunities.
- Analyze project performance against critical paths and implement corrective actions to prevent schedule delays.
- Provide timely and informed schedule information to Project Managers, including trends, forecasts, progress updates, and planning input.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Degree/diploma in a construction-related field and a minimum of five years of scheduling experience, or equivalent technical training and experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project scheduling software.
- Familiarity with litigation/claims management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to assess schedule impacts and project completion effects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules, resolve conflicts, and understand complex construction sequences.
- Knowledge of cost/schedule integration and earned value management.
- Experience with Project Controls and Cost Control is preferred.
