**Job Title: Quality Manager**

**Location**: North Vancouver (initially), with relocation to site on scheduled rotations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and guide the Quality team to ensure project success by distributing work effectively and fostering individual and group growth.
- Utilize cutting-edge Inspection technologies and industry codes to maintain quality standards.
- Manage complex problems, collaborate with subcontractors, and oversee project Quality Plans.
- Coordinate resources across business units and propose innovative solutions to anticipated challenges.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Management or a related area.
- In-depth knowledge of codes, standards, and modern construction practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work in remote locations on varying schedules to support project needs.
