**Job Overview**:
Mad Barn is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Part-Time Warehouse Associate** to assist with labelling pails, counting inventory, and supporting warehouse operations. This role offers **flexible hours** and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented environment, but is responsible and happy to work alone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Conduct monthly inventory counts to ensure accurate stock records.
- **Warehouse Support (Nice to Have)**:

- Operate a **reach truck** for warehouse organization (training can be provided if needed).
- Assist with **unloading trucks** as shipments arrive (pump cart).

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working independently.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- **Nice to Have**: Experience operating a **reach truck** or ability to obtain certification.
- Ability to lift moderate weights (e.g., pails, boxes) as required.
