**About us**

Junction 56 Distillery produces high quality, hand crafted spirits. We work in a fast paced environment with evolving products and processes that keep the work interesting and provide opportunities for growth.

The Production Associate is responsible for several key production activities at Junction 56 Distillery. Primary duties revolve around packaging, bottling and preparing products for shipment, This will demand an attention to detail and understanding the different requirements per products and companies. Equipment set up, configuration, maintenance and cleaning will be an ongoing part of this role. The Production Associate will actively identify enhancements, changes or suggestions to improve efficiency and quality in the production processes.

The Production Associate will also be required to play a significant role in the warehousing, inventory management and supply chain activities at Junction 56. They will work closely with the rest of the production team to review stock levels, identify replenishment requirements and maintain organized and efficient warehouse spaces.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Preparing products by mixing, diluting, and accurately measuring ingredients according to recipes and production standards
- Bottling, labeling, and packaging products for retail and wholesale
- Managing warehouse inventory, organizing stock, and keeping accurate records
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments
- Making local delivery runs to retail partners and vendors as required
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with WSIB and internal safety guidelines
- Communicating regularly with the General Manager and Owner to ensure efficient workflow and task coordination
- Representing Junction 56 Distillery in a professional and positive manner at all times
- Ad hoc requests as required

**Required Skills**:

- Valid Driver's License
- Lifting required of up to 25kg
- Ability to work a pallet jack. Forklift experience an asset.
- Work both independently and within a group
- Reliable
- Quick and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
